I'm Lamont Bell, And I help justice-impacted and overlooked entrepreneurs break mental and financial barriers by mastering mindset, building discipline, and launching purpose-driven businesses from the inside out.
My name is Lamont D. Bell, and I’m the founder of Relentless Mindset™ — a movement and coaching platform built for the underestimated, the system-impacted, and the hungry.
Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, I served over a decade in prison. I came home in 2010 with no roadmap, no money, and no one teaching me the language of business. By February 2011, I was working at a temp job for $8.50 an hour. But I didn’t settle.
Through raw grit and relentless effort, I rose to Sanitation Manager by 2015, earning $75K/year. When I got fired in 2016, I didn’t break down — I broke out. By 2017 my wife and I launched two businesses from scratch: a cleaning company that became a six-figure powerhouse, and a daycare we scaled to five figures — all the while we were learning in real time.

Relentless Mindset came from one powerful realization: there are thousands of others just like me — hungry to change their lives, but stuck without the tools.
I built this to be their playbook. To give the same game I had to figure out on my own — the mindset mastery, the habit shifts, the business foundation, and the confidence to lead your life like a CEO.
